What happens if I don’t like my wedding photos?2018-10-02T13:44:08+11:00

We think it is highly unlikely that you will not be delighted with your wedding photos. One of the reasons we only use talented and  experienced photographers is because we know our photographers know what they are doing, and they know how to take great photos. They understand all the key elements such as lighting, exposure, composition, framing and the dynamics of a wedding.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you don’t like your photos we will discuss your concerns with you. Obviously, a wedding is a “once only” event and cannot be repeated, but we will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied.

Can I have more than 200 photos in my book?2018-11-05T17:35:16+11:00

Our very special price of $300 is based on a standard wedding photo book solution we have created for EMOTION customers, and unfortunately only allows us to use 200 images

What’s the process when we purchase the Deluxe package?2018-11-12T18:04:46+11:00

After you’ve confirmed that you want the Deluxe package:
1. You select and pay for the package (either upfront or over time)
2. Your eMotion photographer captures your wedding day and you ride off into your happily ever after
3. Your online gallery is live the day after your big day
4. You select your favourite 200 photos for the book (in the order you want them to appear)
5. Your wedding photo book will be shipped within 14 working days

All our photo books come in 10 x10 inch size. That’s 250 x 250mm

Your wedding photo book will hold 200 of your favourite photos.

What if we choose the Classic package (without the wedding photo book), but decide later that we DO want the book?2018-11-14T14:31:43+11:00

If you change your mind, that’s totally fine.
Just let us know via the EMOTION app at least seven days before your wedding. We’ll then upgrade you to the Deluxe package and ask you to pay the additional amount.

What happens if we choose the Deluxe package (with the wedding photo book), but decide later we DON’T want the book?2018-11-14T14:06:45+11:00

If you decide the wedding photo book isn’t for you, no worries.

Just let us know via the EMOTION app at least seven days before your wedding. We’ll then change you back to the Classic package – and refund you the difference.

Just remember. This special price photo-book offer is only available prior to the wedding date.

What’s the payment process?2018-11-05T18:31:07+11:00

First, fill out the booking form and pay the $200 booking fee. Or pay the full amount and take advantage of the free 12 x 18-inch metal art print.

We’ll then send you the details of three award-winning photographers near you (no later than 12 weeks before your wedding date).

Next, If you haven’t already paid the full amount you select your photographer and pay the $300 confirmation fee and the balance of your package to lock them in, or subject to approval pay the balance over 6 low monthly instalments.

Whether your ring-bearing owl flies astray or your in-laws miss their flight, we know the unexpected can happen.

That’s why, if you need to cancel your wedding, we’ll give you a full refund – as long as you tell us via the EMOTION app at least 2 weeks before your wedding begins.

After the refund is approved, we’ll transfer your money back onto the credit card you paid with. Simple.

Are we eligible for the bonus 12” x 18” art print?2018-11-12T18:02:09+11:00

If you pay in full after you have made your booking (for either package), you’ll receive a bonus 12” x 18” art print after your wedding – valued at $200.

To redeem your print, tick ‘Pay in full today’ when you make your initial booking.

After your wedding, simply nominate the photo you want for the art print (via the EMOTION app) – and we’ll take care of the rest.

Your nominated photo will be printed on metal using the Chroma Luxe process – which produces high-definition, durable prints.

This high-end process infuses your image into the coating on the metal rather than printing it on the surface (which scratches easily). This way, your fave wedding photo is protected, year after year.

All your photos will be online the day after your wedding. We’ll even send you a notification via the EMOTION app the minute they appear.

We’ll keep your photos in your online gallery for three years. But it’s still a good idea to download them onto your computer and store them yourself.

For your absolute peace of mind though, we also keep a backup of all our clients’ wedding photos – forever.

We host your photos on our own commercial-grade servers… that are secure to the max.

Nobody will be able to see your gallery (unless you give them permission) – so your photos are always fully-protected and controlled by you.

Of course! After all, who wants blurry shots of Aunt Alma busting her moves on the dance floor?

All your photos will be sent to you as high-res JPEGs– at the same pixel dimensions your photographer used to create the photo.

Absolutely. We’re all about sharing the love.

Simply send an ‘Invitation to view’ to your chosen friends and family. They’ll then be able to admire your photos (without having to download the eMotion app) and invite others to do the same. But they won’t be able to download them. Only you can do that.

We only present you with wedding photographers that are available on your wedding date – in your state.

What’s more, we can comfortably guarantee the quality of work for each and every one of them. Just take a look at their profile to see some of their great work.

Your EMOTION photographer will be snapping away for up to eight hours – depending on the duration of your wedding. If your wedding is longer than eight hours, please let us know via the EMOTION app.

We know that getting ready for your wedding can be just as special as the formalities.

So if you want to capture the intimate moments that come before walking down the aisle, simply ask your photographer to start an hour or two beforehand.

They’ll then stay until you cut the cake – or until the eight hours are up. Whichever comes first.

Yes! Every EMOTION photographer is covered by comprehensive public liability insurance – for their peace of mind and yours.

EMOTION has you covered – always. That’s because we have a community of EMOTION photographers on standby in every state, who can step in on short notice if needed.

Absolutely! Whether it’s via Skype, FaceTime, email, phone call or in person, you’ll get the chance to chat with your photographer.

That way, you can learn more about them, their photography style and achievements – and feel reassured that you’ve made the right choice.

Absolutely!
Every EMOTION photographer holds a current police crime check certificate. We insist on this!
So not only are they great photographers, they are also good people!

Unfortunately not.
We cannot guarantee that any of our photographers will be available on the date of your wedding.
However, when making your initial booking with us, if you make a note of a photographer you prefer we will check their availability, and if they are available we will lock them in for you, ready for you to confirm final details of your wedding.

YES…we do indeed!
However, because wedding video requirements are many and varied, we don’t have a standard “package” price as we do with photography.
Instead, we prefer to talk to you, to get an understanding of what you are looking for and discuss your options and prices after that.
